Responsibilities: - Oversee patient recovery and managing and training less experienced members of the nursing staff, such as nursing students and junior nurses - Collaborating with doctors and management to implement new processes that help facilitate growth of the institution and improve patient satisfaction rates - Supporting the day-to-day efforts of the nursing team, aiming for positive patient outcomes and experiences - Collaborate with the doctor, Nurse Manager and nurses to devise and establish an individualized comprehensive care plans for patients Requirements: - Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. - Certification: Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - State Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted license in the state
