Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. - You will be the principal figure in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen's operations and administration - Develop menus that reflect Stone Barn's award-winning culinary standards. - Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Qualifications - In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations - Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills - Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service - Proficient in general computer knowledge - A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
