Our client is looking for Financial Accounting Manager Main Duties and Responsibilities: Overseeing the accounting operations of the company, ensuring financial information is updated with completeness and timeliness, and ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Lead the preparation of the monthly and quarterly management accounts and ensure the timely preparation of the monthly balance sheets and profit and loss schedules.Interfacing with auditors to complete financial audits within 90 days of the year-end. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the organization. Qualifications and Special Skills Requirement: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or related discipline. Professional accreditation in finance/accounting, e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent Minimum of five years (5) of experience in a Management Accounting roleKnowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles Must be results-driven, organized, and possess a proven track record for process improvement., complex problem solving and follow throughExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
